Brotje novopellet spk 24 can't start !!!

Kessel temp goes up and reach 83 in about 3 hours after start and when abshalt looks like it gets to much air :\ .whats wrong broetjespkfan ?

Hello,
did you mean 63 or 83 degrease ?

Abschalt comes after 70 minutes drive from the stoker motor.
30 minutes after Abschalt comes the clean up.
The Kessel can slide the power.

I am not save what exact you mean ?
What position have the pump to fit heating 1, 2 or 3 ?

Hello.
i Set Kessel temperature 65 but it goes up to 83 in 2 hours. i Think it have to much air in brenner . and it burn always on 32000 LUX
its it ok ? pump on posision 3 .

...when your pumps the heat move out from the kessel
must hold the kessel the soll temp.

my kessel have max. 3° different.
check the black power stripe on left display.
is that stripe on 100% ever, or modulate down, when temperature is accomplish ?

the lux on 32000 is okay.
the air is regulate from the mainboard.
have you on exhaust a pressure regulator to hold the smokespeed on the same level ?

i think you forgot a back circut sensor at rear of SPK
it is not shown at scheme
The SPK need to now the back temp for modulate setting

remember:

konfiguration 5942 recirculation sensor
konfiguration 6200 sensor save switch it after sensor install push yes
boiler 2270 minimum is 50°C
...

what about lamda configuration its not need to configuraitn any think ?

yes Leiztung stripe on 100 then start and then reach temp it down to 0 but temp goes up very slow and reach 83

in "Leistung" is all ok.

test in "Handbetrieb" the Slider motor from air intake.
drive that all the way open and close ?

Is the fireplate clean (all the holes free) ?
in "Abschalt" he became no pellets to burn
and the temp goes higher
this is very difficult
..

...the Lampda Sonde need no confi.
is still working alone.

In "Leistung" show the stripe 0% :S
that i have never seen before.only 2 sec between Leistung and Abschalt.

The Level Abschalt make to go in 0%
In Leistung is min. power 8 KW

with a pressure regulator is nice to have.
when the temp goes so high that have an other request.

maybe Make a reset again.
maybe make a new thread open, but this is a other problem as no start.
that is better for forum

I have problem again

something goes wrong with SPK .

Motor does’nt work in kesell ein and inbetreibnahme modes. and kesell cant start because no pellet in brenner

Any ideas ?
