Brotje novopellet spk 24 can't start !!!

everything same i can't start in kessel in mode. i must choose "reiningen" and then immediately "Kessel ein" then it start but immediately "Abschaltung"

Hello Mantas,

the email in copy from broetje is in your email acount.

I have token a phonecall at BDR Technics
He said change the Exhaust sensor (Is easy to handle)
Never you must have a sign on display like this ^^^^

Make a start test as follow:
Put off the sheet on mainboard
on top is a little relais plate with 3 relais (broetje BSM)
from top the first relais is dead

the second and third is on the left side with power cable from isr (Signal to start heating and start heating freshwater)
on the right side is no power on it.

Info: relais is a switch with no contact between in and out.
You can see the short cable go to Mainboard. Take a brigde to test the startfunction again (brown and blue)
Take this only at one relais. Witchone is equal.

when you have the same props after testing. you now it is the sensor, because the mainboard is reset and make selftesting at start by powering.
background is: when relais not 100% in contact the start is move to cancel like you now.

okay we are one step further.

on your video is on left between the brenner switch
a switch called SK
this is a saftey bridge for T2

Original is this a little black cable bridge
i see a red and blue cable that is not broetje stuff

info
heating with fire signal
L is power all time. L is bridged to T1
T1 give power over SK (Safetybridge) to T2
T2 make switch the relais on BSM
the other side from the relais close the contact on mainboard
(This is what you have moved now)

Very importent is: check this blue and red cable on SK up
you have the plan of cable on the metall desh
make this slowley

i think the first owner switched a timer between SK
or whatever

Hello Mantas,
i need information of your hydraulic.
I think you have no buffer ?
You SPK must make Heatingwater and Freshwater ?

This Mixpump from your pdf is to regulate the minimum temp of 50°C back in the Kessel.
It is to save the Kessel
When you have a buffer is a pump like Oventrop RTA a better way, because they make two in one
save the 50°C back to the Kessel and pump heat in the buffer.

Importent is power cable to the byp pump comes from the mainboard
not from ISR unit.

.....yes Bypasspumpe, but that is noneffected when is switched wrong.

on the right display (ISR) your configuration is as follow:

konfiguration 5710 heating circuit one off
konfiguration 6020 modul one heating circuit
konfiguration 6200 sensor save switch it after sensor install push yes
konfiguration 5942 recirculation sensor
boiler 2270 minimum is 50°C
